Waimea Canyon Lodging: Cabins at Koke’e State Park

Want to overnight at Kauai’s Grand Canyon? You’ll find Waimea Canyon lodging at Koke’e State Park!

The cabins at Koke’e State Park provide overnight accommodation for visitors that want to spend a couple of nights (or more!) enjoying the many Waimea Canyon hikes or simply being in this remote part of Kauai, over 3,000 feet above sea level.

There are several cabins of different sizes available, and reservations can be made online here.

The cabins are rustic in nature, with no TV or cell service, so come prepared to enjoy an unplugged stay.

Because of the altitude, Koke’e State Park can be much cooler than the floor of the island. It also rains often here. So come prepared with warm clothing and rain gear!

Cabins are equipped with wood-burning stoves for warmth in the winter months.

Each cabin has cooking facilities, although you can also dine at the Restaurant at Koke’e Lodge when it is open (9.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. with the kitchen closing at 4 p.m.).

Bed linens, and bath towels and toiletries are also provided.

The Cabins at Koke’e State Park require a minimum 2-night stay, although you could book one night if the calendar shows a one-night availability.
