The entrance fee to the Waimea Canyon State Park is currently $5 / person (children 3 and under are free).

The nominal entry fee helps maintain and preserve Waimea Canyon State Park, and contributes to the upkeep of the park’s facilities and trails.

Hawaiian residents may enter free with a valid Hawaiian drivers license or identification card.

Waimea Canyon Parking Fee

Apart from the entrance fee, you will also have to pay for parking: $10 / vehicle for non-commercial vehicles.

Hawaiian residents may park for free with a valid identification card.

Where to Buy Waimea Canyon Tickets?

You may purchase Waimea Canyon tickets for entry and parking at self-service kiosks located at the park entrance and major lookout points.

You may pay with cash or credit card, but note that change may not be always available.

The Waimea Canyon tickets also cover same day entry and parking for the adjacent Kokee State Park.
